How do you get a table at Disfrutar in Barcelona? I'd book it on Disfrutar's own website as soon as your trip dates are fixed, up to a year ahead, and join the waiting list for any date that shows full. Disfrutar is the tasting-menu restaurant of Oriol Castro, Eduard Xatruch and Mateu Casañas, three chefs who trained at elBulli, on Carrer de Villarroel in the Eixample. The rule that catches people is the party size. You cannot add or remove a guest after booking, so book for the number you are sure of.

A dinner on Friday, May 14, 2027 has been bookable since May 14, 2026; one on Friday, November 26, 2027 opens on November 26, 2026. The terms do not say what time of day new dates appear, so check the calendar the morning a date comes into range, Barcelona time.
If your trip is less than a year away, the date is already open. Check it now, and if it shows full, ask for the waiting list on that date and on the next one or two, at lunch as well as dinner.
Should you buy a Disfrutar reservation from a reseller?
No. Disfrutar's terms say the only valid reservations are those made and confirmed through disfrutarbarcelona.com, that the restaurant is not responsible for bookings offered on other sites, and that it will act to keep its website the only place to book. A table bought from someone else is a table Disfrutar has not promised you, with terms you never agreed with Disfrutar.
What should you do if Disfrutar is full?
Join the waiting list, then check the calendar again 15 to 16 days before your date. That is the last point at which other guests can cancel without paying, so it is when I'd expect tables to come back. Be flexible between lunch and dinner.
