Instead I worked on network strategy at Hawaiian Airlines and ran passenger strategy at Lyft. Then I founded Almanac and Blaze with Joel and Dakota, who now build Carmen with me.
I'm also Carmen's first user. My own trips are the test cases we ship against.
On the side, I write Business Class, a newsletter about airlines and hotels. I went to Duke, then Harvard Business School, where I was a Baker Scholar.
