Wimbledon 2027: the ballot has closed, what to do now

The Wimbledon 2027 public ballot has closed. The Championships run June 28 to July 11, 2027, the 150th. I'd buy official hospitality or a debenture seat for a sure Centre Court day, or join the Queue. 2027 prices from 35 pounds, checked November 3, 2026.

Can you still enter the Wimbledon 2027 ballot?

Can you still enter the Wimbledon 2027 ballot? No: Wimbledon's ballot page said on November 3, 2026 that the public ballot for The Championships 2027 has closed. I'd buy official hospitality or a debenture seat now if a Centre Court day is the reason for the trip, and plan on the Queue only if a Grounds Pass will do.

Wimbledon 2027, The Championships, runs Monday, June 28 to Sunday, July 11, 2027, and it is the 150th. People who entered the ballot and lose are let into the returns shop before the tournament. Tickets can only be sold through Wimbledon's own channels; debenture tickets are the one kind that can be resold, so a debenture seat is the only resale ticket worth buying.

Prices are from the official 2027 price table. Play now runs on the middle Sunday, July 4, so the first week has seven days of play.

How would I get in now?

For a guaranteed seat, official hospitality or a debenture. Keith Prowse is the official hospitality partner, the one seller of hospitality packages Wimbledon names. Debentures are 2,520 Centre Court seats and 1,250 No.1 Court seats with their own restaurants and bars; their tickets are the only ones Wimbledon allows to be resold. I'd pick a first-week weekday on Centre Court: the most matches for the money.

For a Grounds Pass, the Queue. The Queue page still shows the 2026 rules on November 3: 500 tickets a day each for Centre Court (except the last four days), No.1 and No.2 Court, one per person, sold to people holding a numbered Queue card, with a myWIMBLEDON account required. The 2026 Queue opened at 2pm the day before play started. The 2027 details are not posted yet.

Where does it fit in a London trip?

Book the hotel as soon as you have the ticket. Wimbledon is in southwest London, a short walk from Southfields station on the District line, so a base in central London works. The London with teenagers guide picks the area by the kind of trip, and the Chelsea Flower Show 2027 guide covers the other big London ticket of that early summer.
