How do you get a table at Geranium? Book on SevenRooms, up to three months ahead: on November 3, 2026, it showed dinner for two on Wednesday, November 4 and lunch and dinner on Thursday, November 5. I'd book lunch, two to three weeks out, and pay the deposit the same minute.
Geranium is the tasting-menu restaurant at Per Henrik Lings Allé 4, on the 8th floor overlooking Fælledparken, the big park just north of the center of Copenhagen. Unlike Alchemist, which is sold out and closed from December to April 2027, it had open tables the week I checked.

The rules are on Geranium's reservations page. The restaurant adds a fee for corporate credit cards and for private cards issued outside the EU.
Lunch or dinner?
Lunch. It is the same menu, and the room looks out over the treetops and the city's copper roofs, which you only see in daylight; in winter Copenhagen is dark by 4pm. Book it on a day with nothing after it, since the menu runs at least three hours.
Know the full cost before you book: the menu with the lightest wine pairing is 7,000 kroner a person, with 1,500 of it paid at booking.
Where does it fit in a Copenhagen trip?
Give it a slow day: lunch, a walk in the park, an early night. The Copenhagen short-stay guide picks the base; from the center Geranium is a short taxi ride. For a hard table on a published calendar, Osteria Francescana lists its release dates a year ahead.
