How do you get a table at Alchemist?
How do you get a table at Alchemist? Not in 2026: its booking page on Tock showed every ticket sold out on November 2, 2026, and the restaurant closes from December for a five-month break, reopening in April 2027. I'd sign up for the restaurant's newsletter now and plan a Copenhagen trip from late April 2027 on.
Alchemist is the restaurant at Refshalevej 173C, across the harbor from the city center, where dinner is a staged evening of up to 50 servings. Its tickets page says tickets are released about every three months for the following two to three months, and announced by newsletter and on Instagram.

How would I get a 2027 table?
Book a table for four, on the release day. The restaurant says the smaller tables go first, so a party of four has the better odds. Have the deposit ready, since the ticket is prepaid, and pick the date before the release opens.
Read the refund rule before you choose the date: for four or more guests you can cancel for a refund until 21 days out, so commit only to dates you will keep. The restaurant warns that it may not suit a business dinner or a first date. Plan nothing after it: the evening runs four to six hours.
Where does it fit in a Copenhagen trip?
Give it the first or second night, then a slow next morning. The Copenhagen short-stay guide picks a base near the harbor for a quick taxi back. For another hard table on a fixed calendar, Osteria Francescana publishes its release dates a year ahead.
