Have the deposit ready, since the ticket is prepaid, and pick the date before the release opens.\nRead the refund rule before you choose the date: for four or more guests you can cancel for a refund until 21 days out, so commit only to dates you will keep. The restaurant warns that it may not suit a business dinner or a first date. Plan nothing after it: the evening runs four to six hours."
