When is Salone del Mobile 2027, and when can the public go?
When is Salone del Mobile 2027? Tuesday, April 13 to Sunday, April 18, 2027, at Fiera Milano in Rho, outside Milan. If you are not in the furniture trade, you can go only on Saturday, April 17 or Sunday, April 18, and I'd go on the Saturday at 9:30am.
Salone del Mobile is Milan's furniture and design trade fair, held every April. Its visitor page says the fair is for the trade, open to the general public on the weekend only.

Tickets are bought online after registering on the fair's site, in the right visitor category.
How would I plan the week?
Book the Milan hotel now and the fair ticket when 2027 prices are posted. The public gets only the weekend, so the dates are fixed for you. In 2026 the presale price was 15 euros below the gate price, so buy online as soon as 2027 tickets open, and take the Saturday.
The fair is in Rho, outside the city, so give it the whole day. Two days in Milan has the Last Supper booking and a Lake Como add-on for after the fair.
